1. Class Registration
a. All participants must register and pay the class fee in full before the class start date.
b. Registration is completed via the website www.paperdollartstudio.co.uk. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email.

2. Payments
a. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place in the class.
b. Payments are processed through the website www.paperdollartstudio.co.uk via secure methods.
c. All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of class cancellation by the instructor (see Section 3).
d. Refunds are only available if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
a. The instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor illness, low attendance, or venue issues. In the event of cancellation, a full refund or credit towards a future class will be provided.
b. If you wish to cancel your participation, you must notify the instructor at least 72 hours before the class to be eligible for a transfer to another date.
c. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class.

4. Materials and Equipment
a. All art materials will be provided for use during the class unless otherwise stated.
b. Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of materials and equipment provided. Damage due to misuse may incur additional charges.

5. Health and Safety
a. While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the class.
b. The instructor is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may arise during or after the class.
c. Participants are required to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or allergies prior to the class. Failure to disclose relevant information will result in the participant assuming full responsibility for any health-related incidents.
d. If you feel unwell or are injured during the class, please inform the instructor immediately.

6. Personal Responsibility
a. You understand that participating in the art class may result in paint getting on your clothing, shoes, and possibly in your eyes.
b. The studio provides waterproof overalls, disposable shoe covers, and eye protection. However, it is your responsibility to wear appropriate protective clothing and shoes that you do not mind getting paint on.

7. Assumption of Risk
a. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with this activity, including potential damage to personal items (such as clothing, shoes, and accessories) and minor physical risks, such as paint splashes in the eyes.
b. By attending, you assume these risks and agree to participate in a safe manner.

8. No Liability
a. The instructor, the studio, and any associated personnel are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of your participation in the class.
b. This includes any damage to personal property (such as clothing and shoes) or any physical harm (including paint splashes to the eyes).

9. Code of Conduct
a. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and fellow attendees.
b. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

10. Property Damage
a. Any intentional damage to studio property will be the responsibility of the participant and may result in charges for repair or replacement.

11. Intellectual Property
a. All artwork created by participants during the class remains their intellectual property.
b. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials provided by the instructor without express permission.

12. Photography and Media
a. Photographs and videos may be taken during the class for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the instructor before the class begins.

13. Liability
a. The instructor is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the class.
b. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings while attending the class.

14. Participation and Enjoyment
a. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, it is ultimately your responsibility to engage in the activity in a safe manner.
b. We encourage you to fully immerse yourself in the experience, but please be mindful of the materials you are working with.

15. Governing Law
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

16. Changes to Terms
a. The instructor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

Acknowledgment: By registering for and attending the Paperdoll Art Classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You accept full responsibility for your participation in the class and release the instructor and studio from any liability.
